About the founder
Niamh O'Shea is a technical product and delivery leader with over a decade in software engineering, technical program management, and product leadership. Her background spans healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, and regulated environments. PMP-certified. Niamh works at the intersection of product strategy, platform architecture, and delivery execution.
